Ancient myths and astrology refer to Chiron, the Wounded Healer. As the story goes, Chiron suffered from immense pain and suffering, and spent an immense amount of time learning how to heal himself. Only through experiencing both suffering and healing personally, could Chiron understand and relate to others who later needed his help as a healer.

While I grew up in a relatively healthy and active household, I didn't take a deep dive into what it truly means to be healthy until my late 20s. I'd always struggled with digestive issues, insomnia, seemingly random skin issues, and somehow over time it became "normal" to me to live with those things.

As I grew closer to my 30s, I was becoming more and more concerned about my fertility, being unsure of how birth control and other medications were affecting my body. I was sick of feeling slow and foggy after eating certain meals but never being able to pinpoint what caused it. I began down a path of educating myself, at first through reading books and following random health influencers on Instagram.

I reached a point where the information became overwhelming, and I couldn't decipher what was real or not, and what information I could trust. This led me to Dr. Stephen Cabral's Integrative Health Practitioner course, where I became a certified Level 1 and Level 2 health coach. I learned the true fundamentals of what it means to be healthy from every angle, ordered myself at home lab tests that the course trained me how to understand, began supplements and protocols, and made lifestyle changes. 

After healing issues I'd had for so long that I forgot what life was like without them, I became so excited and invigorated to share this information with others who are ready to take their health into their own hands.
